Strange ways God speaks to me......
Attended cousin Thomas 70th birthday with Ian while Ben went to attend RCIA. Regina very generous bought each cathecumun ( unsure of spelling)a Good News Bible.
After RCIA, Ben went to Richard house for toddy session. As for me, I came home at 10.15pm and did the xmas project....busy sewing!!!!
Before going to bed cleanse my face. As I was doing that I notice the mole near my right eye has grown slightly bigger.......hmmmmm. Told myself not to be bothered by the size.....then I started thanking God for the imperfect - be it on my face or my figure for it is a reminder to me that no man is perfect nor flawless. So let me hold my tongue and pause to think before I utter unpleasant words or criticize others. Is so easy to see the faults in others but not oneself.....let me be silent if i cannot bring myself to speak of goodness in others then to open my mouth with words that hurts.
These thoughts I quickly but into this blog so that it continues to remind me......despite it's late and unusual of me to blog at this hour. I quietly sneak out of my room while Ben is fast asleep.......zzzzzz
