A prayer for the lonely and sick

An old Indian lady was screaming in pain and in frustration.
A Malay male nurse tried to calm her down and gently told her to lie down.
Communication was a problem for she spoke only in her mother tongue.
For less than a minute she laid on her bed and tried to walk with her drip still attached to her hand.
Patiently a few nurses tried to help her.
All alone with no one by her side - a very sad scenario.
I paused and said a pray for this lonely lady.
A few like my mum are so blessed to have family members by their side.
For whatever reason it maybe to be sick and alone and not able to communicate...
is such a pitiful sight. I pray that the doctors be able to diagnose her ailment correctly and I thank the Lord for those patient nurses who try to give her some comfort. There are so many things to pray for, so many things to thank the Lord.
I am thankful my mum didn't have any fracture or broken bones. Thankful to the ambulance man who advised Sintair how to shift my mum so that mum feel secure.

Pray the hospital staffs will carry their duty properly and carefully. Pray that they have patience and able to understand each other and the sick. Instead of complaining about the inefficiency of the hospital, i feel they need a lot of prayers ....so I tried to do my small part by praying for everyone instead of just my mum. Thank you Lord for sharing this experience with me today.
